How to make Moo Shu Pork


Moo shu pork is a typical Northern dish in China. It usually made with prok, Fungus, egg,  carrot.  It is a homely food usually comes with moo shu pancake.


1 pound of pork

2 eggs

5 g dry black fungus

3 clovers garlic, minced green onion, thinly sliced

1 pint sliced carrots

6 pics Moo Shu pancake


1 tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil

1/4 tsp sugar

2 tsp soy sauce


  1. Scramble egg with 1/4 teaspoon salt
  2. Heat a wok high heat, and add the olive oil and garlic
  3. add the meat and cook until highly browned
  4. add sliced carrots and black fungus
  5. add 2 tsp soy sauce and sugar and the rest of salt
  6. add the scrambled egg
  7. add the green onion on the top and serve with Moo Shu pancake
